Receiving payouts
TikTok reward payouts: preparation, timing and tracking
Earning rewards and receiving funds are separate stages. To locate your payment, check the payable amount, sending status and receipt with your provider in sequence.
When rewards are sent
TikTok Help says monthly payments are sent on the 15th once the payable amount reaches $10 or its local-currency equivalent. PayPal processing usually takes up to 72 hours. This is not a promise of instant receipt: follow the specific transaction status and method available in your dashboard.
Prepare for your first payout
Open your account’s payout settings and check which methods are actually available. A method named in someone else’s screenshot is not a substitute. Then use the checklist below.
- Access to account email and notifications.
- Accurate owner and recipient information.
- Requested verification and tax information.
- A working payout method listed in your dashboard.
- An understanding of fees, currency and possible conversion.
Investigating a delay
First establish whether the payout was sent. If your dashboard only shows estimates, check the calculation period and required setup steps. If a sent transaction exists, note its date, amount, method and ID.
Then check provider notifications and payment details. When contacting support, describe the stage where the problem occurred rather than just saying the money has not arrived. Never post full account numbers, documents or confirmation codes in public chats.
When to ask for help
If a setting is unclear or a service is unavailable in your country, discuss it with us. We first clarify the account region, available payout methods and the problem. A suitable option depends on these details.
US-region account tax assistance is offered separately from the ready profile. The services page explains the scope and price.
